Request deletion

1. Sign in to the Google account used in Traknio.
2. Check that the displayed data belongs to the relevant account.
3. Email support@traknio.com requesting deletion of the account and associated data.
4. Following reasonable verification of the request, Traknio processes deletion of the profile, workouts, programs and associated measurements.

Data deleted

• Traknio profile and associated email address.
• Programs, workouts, sets and training history.
• Recorded progress measurements.
• Preferences relating to activated integrations.

Data that may be retained

• Data required for legal, accounting or anti-fraud obligations, where applicable.
• Anonymised data that can no longer identify the account.
• Temporary technical records needed for service security.

Progress photos

• Progress photos are optional and are retained for your tracking until deleted. Traknio controls access to them. Individual photo deletion is offered in progress tracking to accounts with the required access. If this action is unavailable, you can request deletion from support, including after Premium expires. Account deletion in Settings first attempts to remove photos from private storage; if this step fails, the application reports the failure and does not complete account deletion. You can contact support@traknio.com. Propagation and retention periods for any technical copies depend on the providers; this notice does not guarantee immediate erasure of every copy.

Without Premium or account access

• You can request deletion at support@traknio.com, including without Premium or if you can no longer sign in. Identify the account concerned; never send a password. Reasonable identity verification may be requested.
• Authenticated account deletion is also available in Settings without a Premium requirement. Deleting an individual photo in progress tracking currently requires Premium; support remains available if that access has expired.
• Deleting your Traknio account does not replace managing or cancelling your Google Play subscription. Check your subscriptions in Google Play.
